Cesium

Cesium offers effects from flanging to stereo spacing. Additionally, they have added a thick mode that produces interesting dynamics. Furthermore, it boasts to give your signals motion and depth whilst being a great widening tool.
The modulator has 3 shape curves to choose from with delay controls. Also, the stereo field has options to be narrow or widened with the width parameter. This is handy for keeping the sides under control when stereoizing signals.
